You pay a one-time challenge fee, pass the evaluation (or skip it with Instant Funding), and trade our capital. You keep 90% of the profits. The challenge fee is fully refunded on your first payout — so the evaluation is effectively free.

No. There is zero activation fee on any account type at Polar Funded — including Instant Funding. You pay the one-time challenge fee at signup, and that's it. That fee is then 100% refunded when you make your first profit withdrawal.

Instant Funding — No evaluation. You're funded immediately after purchase. Trade from day one with no profit target to hit first. Best for experienced traders who want to skip the process.

1-Step Challenge — Hit a single 10% profit target while staying within the daily loss and max loss limits. Once passed, you receive a funded account.

2-Step Challenge — Hit 8% in Phase 1, then 5% in Phase 2. More strict, but offers lower fees and a path to 90% reward split.

For Instant Funding, credentials are delivered to your email within minutes of payment confirmation — accounts are activated automatically. For 1-Step and 2-Step Challenges, setup is typically completed within 1–2 hours. If you haven't received anything after 10 minutes, check your spam/junk folder first. Still nothing? All Polar Funded accounts use a 3% daily loss limit and a 6% maximum drawdown.

Daily loss limit (3%) — The maximum you can lose in a single trading day, calculated from your balance at the start of that day. Breaching this on any day closes the account.

Maximum drawdown (6%) — The maximum total loss allowed from your starting account balance at any point. This is a trailing drawdown (locks at starting balance) — it trails your equity high-water mark until your balance reaches the starting balance, then locks. If you start with a $10,000 account, the drawdown follows your highest equity until it locks at $9,400 (6% below the starting balance). Once locked, the level never moves again.

No time limit. Take as long as you need to hit the profit target. There is no deadline — trade at your own pace and pass when you're ready. You just need to meet the minimum trading days requirement (3 days for challenges, 1 day for Instant Funding).

Yes. Weekend holding is fully permitted on all Polar Funded account types. You are free to leave positions open over the weekend and into the new trading week.

Restricted. News trading is restricted within 5 minutes before and after high-impact events (NFP, CPI, FOMC, and other major releases). No new positions may be opened during this window.

Yes. Automated trading, EAs, and bots are permitted. However, all trading activity must be generated by you — copy trading from other funded accounts or using third-party signal services that place trades on your account is not allowed.

Payout requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Once approved, funds are sent directly to your chosen withdrawal method. We aim to be one of the fastest payout processing firms in the industry — no waiting weeks for your money.

The minimum withdrawal is $100 (or currency equivalent). There is no maximum limit — you can withdraw your full profit balance in one request. There are also no restrictions on withdrawal frequency — request payouts as often as you like once you're eligible.

Instant Funding & 1-Step: First payout eligible after 14 calendar days (minimum 5 profitable days) of trading activity on the funded account.
2-Step Challenge: First payout eligible after 14 calendar days on the funded account.

You must also have a profit balance above the $100 minimum at the time of the request.

Yes. You can hold multiple funded accounts simultaneously. Simply purchase additional challenges or Instant Funding accounts from the challenges page. Each account operates independently.

If you breach the daily loss limit or maximum drawdown limit, your account will be closed. For challenge accounts, you may restart the challenge (a discounted reset fee may apply). For funded accounts, the account will be terminated. All prior payouts you have already received are yours to keep — only the current funded account is affected.

The challenge fee is not refunded on a failed challenge — however, it is 100% refunded on your first profit payout once you pass and become funded. Think of it as a deposit that you get back when you succeed.
